All D2K software, itineraries and modules developed by the Automated Learning Group (ALG) at the National Center of Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) is property of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois. This includes the D2K Toolkit, D2K Core Modules, T2K, ThemeWeaver, I2K, and D2K SL.

This software is being made available for free under an academic license to academic and public institutions that have relationships with ALG at NCSA. It may not be distributed to third parties. Application for a license for academic use is available through this website.

The University of Illinois is also in the initial stages of marketing D2K to potential licensees for commercial application. An evaluation license is available for D2K (and will also soon be made available for T2K, ThemeWeaver, I2K, and D2K SL) for a small fee. All such requests should be directed to:
