I2K is currently unavailable for direct download from this website. ALG is in the process of re-designing the user interface for this toolset. Once that is complete we will follow with a distribution for academic use and provide the means for obtaining research and commercial use licenses.
Development is also well underway of a microarray image data analysis tool. This will be a D2K-driven application using I2K components and D2K infrastructure and features. It will allow users to visually load microarray image data into the application, clean the data and perform classification analyses on the data.
We expect to provide a first release of this application in May 2003.
